These set of visualizations were for the purpose of pre-leasing tenant space. Here, we showcase two Interior Design aesthetics, to address various preferences for tenant build-outs:

To better illustrate the various spaces, the client received an Animation Walk-thru for each design option, High Resolution Renderings, and a 360° Virtual Tour experience. This visual content was used by the Architect in Client presentations, and by the Tenant CEO and Leadership team for internal communication regarding the upcoming new office space to staff.
