Vanguard Building is located at 1111 20th Street NW in the Downtown Washington neighborhood, Washington, DC 20036. The Class C Office building was completed in 1963 and has recently been redesigned by Davis, Carter, Scott (DCS Design).

Cushman Wakefield engaged IMD to create Marketing Renderings to promote the many new features of the building, including the updated building design with exterior renderings, as well as the Lobby redesign, many Amenity spaces, Bike Room, and Rooftop Terrace.
